  1.  @KennyNGA  if you join an essentially terrorist group, in many countries you lose your citizenship. If you go abroad to join terrorists and then come back home to your home country, why should your home country then protect you. Put another way, your neighbor leaves the country to learn how to kill you and your other neighbors personally, then comes back and acts like they did nothing wrong. Would you want your tax dollars going to this person to surveil them? Or would you rather prefer to not let them back into the country?
