That's huge investment, on investments we've gotten f'd on multiple times in a row. Energy has not been a good trade. The industry finally has gotten some control. Give a tax break on the additional barrels of oil for the next 10 years. Otherwise, I'm not allocating capital for you. I'll buy back stock. Because our stock is trading at 12.5%-30% yields....
