  2. This is because people don't use the modern tools available to them, so they spend money on a cc and they see the impact later. I use the app personal capital to track my money. Spending on a cc instantly reflects how much remaining money I have. If you don't use an app to track your accounts into one central location you are literally crazy. I make every person I am friends with use the app. It's the easiest way to track every single account into one aggregated place
