@adamleckius obviously not true.... Child support would be garnished from his wages if necessary. He has no wages. Tons of rich people do this. Hell, I'm just setting it up for my mom now that she's retired. She will have zero on paper income. You don't become rich by being an idiot, and having income, and paying income taxes, if you don't have to. There so many ways to do it. You only pay income tax, if you refuse to read tax law.

@smileplease_91 yes... Yes rich. Doesn't mean he has income. Income is specific to salary. He takes zero salary from his companies. I understand people are poor, but do you seriously not understand the difference between income, and asset appreciation? You don't pay child support based on how much your house grows in value... That's idiotic.

@CollieTheViking he pays the legally mandated amount... He has zero income. So it wouldn't matter. I know you're not rich, and not used to this. But it's normal. Lots of rich people are based out of Texas and other friendly states for this reason.
