  1. The chip shortage can't be resolved for a long time. Chip facilities don't have extra capacity. They typically run their plant 24/7. This is pretty common knowledge, and my neighbor works the night shift at one of these places. When you spend 10-15B on a facility, you run it as hard as you can to get your investment back. So demand built up over a full year, while supply is behind a full year. It's gonna be very hard to catch up.
