  3.  @SuperBlueMoonWA  this response here is exactly why people buy with cash and don't invest. They must not understand how investing works. Instead they get caught up on interest payments. This is why people stay poor. It wasn't until I stopped being a complete idiot and started using cheap financing to invest that my net worth started to sky rocket
