16 inch barrel means the weapon is even heavier. This was a stupid idea from the start. No soldier, just a viewer, but I think it's better to have more rounds available and the Xm7 concept just doesn't work. Just iterate on the current rifle and 556. Focusing on defeating body armor no one has is stupid.

16:15 how it ever got this far is insane. Because you need to make sure the weapon is viable during a draft, with normies. No one I've seen can wield this thing. Some of these gun companies really hate their reputation

The reason we use the current rifle is because the vast majority of people can use it. An Xm7 is not usable by the vast majority of people. People I see with arms the size of cannons seem to hate moving with the thing. So this is gonna fail, scrap these failure projects faster, take the good lesson, and create a new weapon... Like we still gonna pay you billions of dollars.... Calm down.

Xm7 is going to fail. And I just only watch YouTube. Lol it's obvious. Massive dudes can't wield the weapon. Little kids can wield the ak47. The weapon is poorly weight balanced. The ammo sounds like a good idea, but you need all of nato to adopt. This is fine as an experiment, but it can't be fully deployed. 556 just makes more sense. Yes, we should prepare and do these trial runs for guns for if we face an armored opponent, but there is no military power where this would be better than 556 for the foreseeable future. Also, I think the ammo is gonna be much harder to mass produce than 556 and we can't risk running out of ammo for exotic plastic ammo.
