6:49 she keeps making it about gender. China has a ton of college educated graduates, and not enough roles. They're doing burn and churn. They need the laid off workers to start their own businesses with the skills they learned.

Old programmers have families. Like a lot of these women said. Young programmers know the newest techniques and are cheaper. We as business managers will always hire young programmers. You've had 10 years of experience. Time to leave and start your own company. Exactly what I expect to happen to me.

12:25 lol. Women still primarily in the exact same industries they always been in. Pushing women to do programming when they clearly don't want to was stupid. This woman clearly stated she procrastinated leveling up her skills. They all complain about having to constantly learn and not just coast. It feels like a lot of women were told these were high power jobs not understanding they're not just men screwing around all day. It's hair loss inducing work and I think even after women give up, they still won't appreciate men that succeed
