  2. Tons of countries have extradition treaties with America because it's America. The only countries where you can move to and not be subject to US law or countries that you probably aren't going to enjoy living in. At any time, America can normalize relations with that country and boom, they pick you up and take you to jail. You rarely win going against the US government
