  2. Tbh, this kinda makes me root for the criminals in these jurisdictions. Like it's a TV show, and I don't know why, but I feel like rooting for a crime gang operating in these areas. Maybe because it'd be interesting to see the bad guys win. And it's pretty much the best chance a criminal gang can win, as they don't have to do dei, and they can hire the best gangsters(lol) to go up against police officers who can't do math, are weak, and probably can't use guns or don't like them. It's like the wire in real life.
