We are already suffering from 40 years of Republican or Republican lite nonsense.  Unfortunately, with a small bitchy controlled house we get more shit coming out of every bill that attempts to actually get things done. Most understand the right wing nutty's are responsible for watering down health care bill. Next bill to fix it will be simple. Public option so that the prices are controlled. And patent laws on health care and services will follow the majority of all 1st world nations as well as a few 3rd world nations-- any invention or development toward medical is deemed intellectual property of humanity and all have access to produce it. And income trade unions for every business will be brought to bare. New income law will require the lowest paid worker not be paid less than 20 time the proportion to the highest paid worker.

  3. Does take more than money to win a campaign. Requires votes. They don't have. Now we need to have tea party nuts and rest of the right wing become a super minority in the House. And a majority toward progressive ideas so we can pass actual laws that help our country rather than laws that have poison or watered down into nonsense like the recent Health Care bill.  Bill that doesn't handle the root of our double cost than all other country's medical prices is an obvious no brainer-- medical attention should be largely not for profit, patent laws for medical appliance and drugs ought to be outlawed, and a public option should be adopted. And we can get laws that address our very bad education to work, income disparity, and so much more.
