At least my horrible nation once did that. Counted slaves black slaves or native or Asian or Middle Eastern slaves as 3/5 a person? So... yeah not white not 1/1 person... just sort of 3/5... Boogers.   2. They won't. Cost them too much and being hypocrites are their specialty. Besides... who wants to be like my country the US.... we're like Russia... more than half the country is poor as shit... an increasing amount of people are now living worse than the average Russian living in tents and travel trailers and cars... cuz rent and home prices are too much... and pay stinks and inflation is fucking us up the butt hole... Our oligarchs simply want to kill everyone if it means they get an infinite supply of palaces and yachts. But yeah, our nation is essentially bankrupt because of our armada we use to supply our oligarchs with cheap labor. Those other nations rather not play the game. Oligarchs are as trustworthy as a cobra... they're not. And they will kill you eventually.
