  1. Not sure the final outcome of the $2 trillion package exactly, but I heard it has 0% interest loans to businesses, and temp 0% interest relief to Fed Student loans. Sort of funny they couldn't have just had 0% interest student loans to begin with... mine is at 5.x%... $20K of my loan is capitalized interest since it took me 7 years to get my first degree since I worked full time job, often traveling for that job. And then had to go back to get another degree, this time with the GI bill. But let's charge students interest that they can't refinance easily... Carnival Cruise... a circus act gets interest free loans poof like that. Cute.
