  1. Rigby and Rexburg have the best Attorney General and police force. News lately they appear to have the best intention to the people at heart. They're also against predatory booting citing Idaho Law that bans disabling vehicles temporarily or permanently without owners consent. So if a tow company boots your car, they are arrested for misdemeanor offense. Only police department that enforces that particular Idaho law that we of Idaho elected legislation to pass. All others departments allow the screwing of citizens allowing private companies to boot which is extortion, violation of property seizure, and doesn't actually address the problem of parking in authorized stalls that are often poorly signed if at all. All other departments just state its civil private property matter at present. Our executive branches and legislative branches are becoming wildly inconsistent and incoherent. Poorly trained, and not on the same page of the laws. We're becoming effectively lawless.
