  1. These networks like Amazon and Facebook are not natural monopolies. Amazon is just a retailer and facebook is an online phonebook/yellow pages. FB in particular is just chomping through their billions of money generated via their stock offerings and credit to buy up various competitors... once that capital is eaten up, if it does, they're the next MySpace. Amazon is the online Walmart/Sears catalog. They too are creating a consortium that actually has easy entry to market, but they're acting as Walmart and various other big box stores, as a Monopsony, like a monopoly, they have non-competitive influence over suppliers. A break up of them probably would be a good thing. Same with Google and various media news corporations. And if you think they are a natural monopoly then the best method of their ownership would be with the people in a joint co-op structure or even government ran structure like all other natural monopolies tend to be ran.
