There is an alternative system that democratizes the workplace and ensures workers get paid... co-op structure using a Federal Reserve Co-Op bank that has ability to lend directly at a discount to groups wanting to form co-ops. All workers get a vote to determine management, leadership, capital expenses, benefits including pay, retirement, etc. Abandoned the idiocy and harm of an aristocracy, capital formation would come from ideas lent as it already is via the current Federal Reserve Bank to private banks... this time directly without the middleman of private banks, Fed Reserve Co-Op Bank lends at a discount directly to the groups with valid business models to form a co-op organizations. Currently co-ops generally cannot get access to large capital to enter capital intensive industry. With a Reserve Bank (like the current one) co-ops have the ability to borrow to enter any and all sectors of the economy. Let them compete with current corporations... the co-ops will likely melt away the hollow piggy bank of a few owners that is the corporations.
