  2. Local media does the same thing... they do it to sell more papers or advertising space on tv or radio. Had experienced poor journalism in favor of entertainment sensationalizing something... big fucking head ache is what it causes. Media has always been a money making enterprise, as well as a way to create narrative for those seeking or in power economically and politically. It's the first think a rich person will say if they feel they're being mistreated by someone or a business.... "I"m going to contact local tv stations and tell them how terrible you all are, I know so and so and so and so." You have to read or watch or listen to news understanding that A) details might not be correct B) They always have motives to sensationalize so titles of a story are almost always misleading C) Media gets manipulated by various people D) People manipulate media for their own narratives and E) The media is an extension to oligarchs and they're using to set their own narrative.
