Viable 3rd party or actual 2nd party means: 1) getting enough petitions to automatically have all candidates under the new party on ballots in every state. 2) Must advertise on all forms of media: tv, cable, satellite, internet, radio, etc. in order to normalize it. 3) The name of it must be something difficult to smear. Something like "America's party".
