  2. Our spelling is insane.... I blame the norman conquest which spoke French and English became an even more creo language. But our grammar is among the easiest of European languages.

  3. Needs to be phonetic, but with rules. Like German. And many other languages... from what others have told me from Korean to the many Slavic languages, their spelling is more phonetic.
