Biden is such a dumb ass... you can burn down a house or a building if you want. The reason regulation exists on how to do it, is that burning down a structure like a building can cause damage to other peoples structures. Movie sets often burn down homes and other buildings all the time. If someone nut really wanted to destroy their house in a form of protest, they could do it. They would need to comply with demolition law so not to damage other properties and ensure clean up. Matching this with flag damaging isn't just conflating, it's also pure wrong. You can burn down a structure for protest or to make a fucking movie or make way for a new building.
