They haven't a clue. And if they're uncomfortable stuffing the money machine ballot box, then restrict private fund raising for political ads, and do only public financing and make requirements for printed press, spoken press, televised, and internet press to offer equal free allotments of airtime for all candidates as a public service. Than you won't even have these bribe sessions, as they would be illegal. And you're precious identity is concealed. Ironically, when your profession puts you into the public spotlight anyway, a brand you want to keep clean... then be clean. Can't have it both ways. And the vote is always private. Bribes though aren't. And shouldn't even be legal.
