  1. They're like the cigarette lobby campaigning that they're not addictive. When people as far back as 1700's through early 1900's it was common knowledge and various diaries and other literature that people knew quite well smoking was addictive and terrible on the body, particularly the lungs. They're not sane nor rational, their pure unadulterated evil. To the point, they likely will be dead by the time the worst effects of climate change occurs which will firstly be massive food shortages leading to famine and even more mass immigration. The coastal sea level change likely won't start occurring until about 2100-2120, and then it's game over mass migration of all peoples' everywhere all while global food shortages and famine. Talk about a collapse in anything we think of as resembling an economy. It'll be an economy. Just not one we would recognize as an economy.
