  2. Things are so absurd, it's hard to even think civility. Trump despite losing an actual democratic plurality, winning the electoral college was largely because people are so fed up with the establishment, we know we're all being fucked in the face, and MAJOR changes must occur. Many of those changes conservatives and liberals actually agree on many points: term limits for congress and senators, money out of politics, universal healthcare generally via a single payer system that covers all health (medical, dental, vision), a new housing program that actually ensures development of more affordable homes paying for roads and utility construction to do so, etc. Simple things that the so called party opposition of the people actually agree.
