I just think they're not counting votes in many states or various states. I think that's what Biden was getting out when he called that one lady a pony soldier, that these are caucuses, primaries are in most states easier to fudge, and I'll do fine with all the fudged tallies. That and turnout generally stinks in primaries as all our elections. Turnout in caucuses are ironically a bit more of a turnout, I personally think due to the entertaining and theater they offer; caucus turnouts aren't that big though, and can be smaller than primaries.
