Oh, and for their citizens they have a cap in 3 bands on tuition for college too; essentially reduced tuition. And their top tax rate after 180,001 Australian dollars is 45%. Their medicare levy is just 2%. And their capital gains tax is part of their ordinary income tax, if a gain, they can discount 50% that goes to total o the income tax; again top bracket is 45% after $180,001 Australian Dollars.
