The palantír, the stones were often an unreliable guide to action, since to them it was unclear whether events shown were past or future; what was not shown could be more important than what was selectively presented. A risk lay in the fact that users with sufficient power could choose what to show and what to conceal to other stones. Essentially, they were crap. Real crap.

No, the only time rents would go down was prior to 2016... after 2016, it became a landlords market... but prior to 2016, you could get lots of deals renewing leases or just staying at same rate on month to month. Because everyone who didn't have the income to buy a home and well we know what happened in 2008... and they didn't have money to rent either, so they moved in with relatives and/or their cars and RV's. Leverage scam baby, that's all the Fed Reserve Banking cartel pimped the markets bonds to equities to dip dong crap like digital sticky pads with a "this is my pretend money go see if some ass hole will trade it for something of any real value like real money or goods or service like a bj or something" stupidity.
