  2. Already in its 5 year investigation by the UN raw sewage in Alabama. Tent cities in most cities and towns. USA has been in major decline since about 2006. Really since 1980 but debt binge made it seem like everything was fine. And brownouts in California were frequent news topics in my childhood in the 90's... including our own in Idaho. Nothing that new. But perhaps people are just now noticing?

  4. California is why our Idaho Power cartel upped rates, the company was able to sell our hydro power for a ransom to California... so did Utah power. And then they came to our pathetic low wage state and raised rates... a shitty winter back in 2016/2017 had power bills quintuple more than usual. Problem with California is that while yes its rich, it also is the most populated state in the union. It's burden is of its own success. And since many of the low wage serf states like to feel special instead of just special in a bad way, they like to pick on California or other heavily populated states. There's reasons why Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, N/S Dakota, the southern eastern states aren't as heavily populated relative to the more populated states; the jobs don't pay shit, there isn't much room for advancement in income. In other words, we're already a 2nd world... and in some cases like poor Alabama with raw sewage running in their dirt roads (streets)... I mean they don't even have paving. Our nation looks more and more like India; a caste system that's an apathy of immorality. California simply doesn't have all of its electricity needs; carbon or carbon free. California brown outs and blackouts date back to my childhood in the 1990's. Here in Idaho we get them on occasion, usually a transformer blowout and substation breakers due to a big spike in demand... during very hot or very cold peak season periods.
