Time for a non-trade-able Co-Op economy where all employees regardless of position get one vote each for plan proposals, petitions, all aspects of the operation of the business with capital formation coming from a Federal Co-Op Reserve Bank that lends to groups wanting to form a co-op at discount rates like private banks enjoy today. 1) You would never see people vote to outsource their jobs away. 2) You would never see stagnant marketing plans and under funded marketing and development. 3) You would never see leadership have 350 times that of the AVERAGE not lowest paid but Average salary/pay position. Leadership would still get paid very well, just not ridiculously. 4) You would never see financial gimmicks such as stock buy backs and doing so on debt. 5) You would never see people vote to operate to pollute or make poor quality goods and services. From lowest to the average paid worker would likely see close to double their salary with proper profits that the workers themselves would find more efficiently and critically on where to invest capital expenditures. Such co-op enterprises would run circles around any public or private corporation producing better quality goods and services, and a virtuous cycle would occur between other co-ops as productivity and worker income would again match.
