At this point, now understanding the concept of a Co-Op controlled enterprise, I would turn it into an employee co-op where all employees regardless of position have voting rights to the board on all topics of operating, revenue, capital expenses, leadership, management, supervisors, safety, wage/salaries, dividend, etc.
And profit sharing becomes implicit at that point, because the usual crumbs of 5% to 20% of labor gets of profits (ONLY IF you add it back to profits then take the percentage, because labor in today's business is a cost, not profit sharing, not a stakeholder) could easily get double compensation (that includes not just wages/salaries, but retirement accounts, uniforms, company paid portion of premiums) could be doubled, and these businesses would still be walking away with 90% to 60% of the profits (again when you assume the total cost of labor including payroll tax back toward profits, because presently its not, total cost of labor is an expense computed before net profits are calculated).
We're being screwed hard, and Amazons and Walmarts of the world are contributing to a return to robber baron feudalism.
