  1. SEC and FTC just completely dropped the ball lately. This shit wouldn't stand prior to 1995... It still would have gotten taken down fairly quick around the early 2000's. Only because so much fraud was uncovered from WorldComm To Enron to Global Crossing to Qwest, etc. etc.
