  1. I was patient for some time before I really got sick of the ads on so many of these youtube uploads. Many are documentaries using technicalities to post them and are not legitimate monetary items since they are using fair use law which means they aren't allowed to make any money from sharing the videos and youtube if catches them without evidence of ownership of material won't pay. I'm done with ads. They started small at first 15 second. Then suddenly 30 seconds and then 5 to 10 ads in clips of just 15 to 30 minutes. Its too annoying. I started quit watching youtube. Then decided I'd bite the bullet and use the blockers. And glad I have. Unfortunately, creators will have to work harder as technology has evolved. Just as millions of other laborers have before the wonderful invention of job known as youtube creators.  If you're good at your job, you can get sponsors. Or sell stuff.
