  1. Had air bnb been a thing just a decade or so earlier, they would have required to post hotel requirements including the huge hotel tax. And that's why lodges or hotels have in all nations had very clear guidelines and districts. It's a horrible method of normal long term stay housing stock in a given area. Now they're realizing air bnb not a disruptor in a good way, but a oh yeah forgot about centuries of lodges and hotel and why rules were put in place... so peoples' normal lives trying to rent or buy homes were not getting displaced or outright screwed.
