You have to teach it... you get cat videos or other empty calorie videos you might have peaked at, possibly victim of click bait, on your dashboard you see more and more empty idiot videos suddenly, you click the not interested... do this several times, it eventually learns you don't want anymore of that particular junk. Until you're a victim of click bait again.
