He committed a crime, but our constitution requires the senate and house to determine impeachment; any suspect of crime by the president requires the senate and house to do impeachment proceedings to trial him. I think it's an absurdity as it does the opposite and completely politicizes a situation of wrong doing instead of sticking to the facts. I think a trial by jury would do a less political determination than legislators who are nothing but political actors who will judged by big donors and yes the mass of peons who matter very little but worth mentioning on how they voted in such a trial/impeachment.

How many fucking times did he say the buzz word? They fucking think people are fucking mentally deficient play things. Hillary lost because mostly people didn't bother to vote. Pure and fucking simple. Nobody liked the stack candidates. It's even worse during midterms, usually 37% turnout, last time was 48% turn out nationally. People don't give a fuck because our country is owned by the oligarchs. No matter who we vote for, most of the candidates are stacked. We're a fucking one party system that pretends to be a two party system or even a many party system.

  4. If just a quarter of one of the many things, just a fraction of just one of the things Trump has done that is absolutely illegal and he and others with him admit to doing, this guy would be already impeached. And as a private person, he would immediately undergo prosecution criminally.

Seriously, the talking heads make several million a year. It's millionaires giving "news" to other millionaires and billionaires and some affluent toadies, and at the same time framing and do and not do certain topics, events, and subjects in ways that is manipulative to the mass of people.
