@rudybigboote3883 Bingo! Because seriously this stuff is obvious to anyone who follows any science stuff, not just those in the computer engineering field. Quantum computer is also mentioned in any documentary about quantum mechanics. Some even go to the explanation as in this video explaining briefly how qubits work.

@indyola1 Perhaps havoc in banking and finances. Customer records from utilities public owned city state etc. to private companies in the 70's even as early as the 60's were stored on computers. Some of these computers only had 2 digits for the year. Then had formulate calculating time as if it was all in the 1900's. But not that many things were on computer. It's over blown to say aircraft would fall out of the sky. Even today some of the oldest airline aircraft with very few or any updates still you the same Flight Management System for navigation from the 1980's with just updates on more Nav points according to current approach charts. And even if the FMS had failed, the aircraft isn't flown by the FMS, it's only a handy navigational tool for the pilot to stay on course, the pilot would just have to navigate on their own and/or with the assistance of air traffic control, ATC, and ATC systems wouldn't have failed, the radar would continue to report back targets on their scopes along with transponder information linked to the strips that print out for IFR flights. The problem was with dumb computers at the time that might be in very bad places: traffic lighting systems concerning their timer for mode of the day might get effect, banking and finance won't understand transactions suddenly done in the past reverting back to 00 as if its 1900. Shipping information would get skewed. It was mostly a logistics and financial problem.
