  1. Our law system and medical system is non-existent. Our medical system in the US is a fucking hustle. Our judicial system is a police state. And it's all owned by our fucked up thugy cartels that love to call themselves "billionaires and millionaires" and their distancing act calling their businesses corporations so they're not legally responsible for any disaster or illegal acts their cartels do. This man should have had a lawyer provided as soon as he stated he didn't want to talk to them. And he was entrapped in given food and drink to entice to talk... this should be illegal unless used for military purposes. Using this for civil criminal courts is very improper... it isn't uncommon to misspeak even in when innocent of a crime. We should have a rehab program for the multitude of drug addicted people that they can be remanded into custody particularly if the use makes them completely unable to make basic reasonable decisions. And not some prison sentence that consigns them to a lifetime of shit jobs and no hope often resulting in more crimes and more drug use.

  2. And should be. But somehow some judge might actually think it's okay. As a juror I wouldn't consider so. And in any deliberations I would remark it as such. That it's a type of entrapment that gives no useful information; even if the judge allowed it. That shit should be illegal. He already demanded a lawyer. Get him one. Don't entice him with food or anything else. Hope this is a lesson to anyone, don't say anything without lawyer. Even if you suspect you might be guilty about some charges, you might accidentally incriminate yourself for other charges. And especially if you're innocent. Just wait for your lawyer or your appointed lawyer.

  3. Our court system is a disgrace. Innocent people go to prison while guilty go free. Often it's our own idiots we live with our own dimwitted shit headed ridiculously stupid fellow citizens sitting in these as jurors. We're reflection of our own stupidity. And it makes me so sick to my stomach.
