  1. Had the King done that back 200 years ago, or appointed someone to do so during the Olive Branch petition... Well, the even if we became independent later on anyway via common wealth as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South America, etc. have done, the US would likely have a functioning healthcare system like Canada, Australia, the UK, New Zealand, etc. etc.
