I'm considering taking the pyramid scam the banks are screwing other banks with CDO/CLOs... and take a balloon payment where payment is nearly nothing or is nothing. 7 years got a free home. And able to save... horde the money, maybe skip the collapsed miserable sorry excuse for a country and go live elsewhere with saved up money and not paying rent or a mortgage.
