When reality it's not that much more work or time consuming and has a very good reason in being; in this case safety. Anything that somewhat polices people, you get that guy or gale who doesn't think rules apply to them; "Oh I won't get sleepy! I know how much rest I need! I don't need my rig to be inspected for maintenance!" And they were the one's; that guy/gale; that was getting into crashes, delays, or other problems prior to the requirement of logs and inspections.

Adrian, that's an old wise tale by the plutocrats so they can privatize natural monopoly sectors such as judicial, police, fire, utilities (water, electricity, sewer, etc.), healthcare, education both primary and tertiary, armies, navies, etc. They want it all. All the power. And that type of propaganda repeated by the serfs is the serf handing the baton over to the oligarch and promptly turning around revealing their rear end and demanding they hammer it home this very instant. Any large enterprise compartmentalizes; and this can create redundancies/efficiencies when poorly managed. Governments particularly local, tend to be underfunded and must make do with little. Larger national government is often tasked with the scope of an entire population to service; and this is no easy feat without logistics; it all depends on how it is managed. And since everyone is the government (footing the bill via taxes and voting and customer of it and often volunteer or worker) in democratized nations, everyone is in the face of government enterprise, always there to point out any poor quality or inefficiencies and wastes. So out of most organizations, civil governmental departments tend to be the least organizations than for profit or non-profit private large organizations. For private enterprise; they often just up their rates. Particularly if they can; in natural monopoly sectors this is no problem; and you now can't vote against the increase and know where his new revenue is going... in this case it's often going to a few shareholders at the very top who literally don't even have a board position... and if they do it's among the most ridiculous bullshit job "Chairman".

  3. Funny fact, rents become unaffordable, entire housing market farts itself to death. Already was getting that way prior to the pandemic with record numbers of homeless both children and adults. KOA campsites not taking reservations as people have been living in RVs or their cars or tents. So eventually renters also go poof and that golden egg turns into a ticking levered to the tits renting from the banks or if you bought... you'll be lucky to get 50% to 30% of your money back when forced to sell because nobody can rent even at 50% from the post pandemic highs.

  5. My recent experience is City of Skyline... such an incomplete game it lacks basic parks and recreation things like beaches and various sports and other types of parks we see all over the world. I upgraded once to get the zoning for specialized resources and commercial and had a few more extras in parks and recs. But it still too was incomplete in parks and recs... then they come out with another add on. No thanks... these game are incomplete and being sold piecemeal to keep the money flow going... finish the game. Otherwise, us modders and users of mods will do it and we're not interested in buying what we were forced to make on our own and have out sooner to actually have a complete game. Stupidity. This shit won't continue.... and big gamers are generally broke. So good luck collecting cash from them for very long. They'll just go into making their own mods and even entirely their own games.

  6. Are you a bank? Because nobody normally actually takes deliveries on the forex.... unless... they're a bank. Or a novice forex trader who forgot about a forex contract and took delivery and suddenly received a shipment of Yen... or Canadian Dollars... etc.
