Median HOUSEHOLD income is $36K to $46K People have literally taken to living in RVs... like campers... or their cars. Because investment brokers have bought up houses. And despite rules of max unit purchases over a year or decade or region, they get around it by using other persons name and throwing a few bucks at them for letting them do it to buy more units than these entities legally can. This system is utter fucked. Everywhere. To sea to shinning sea. America the failing empire. I have plans to perm move to Germany. Love that place. While they have problems, they have far fewer than we do.

To keep them in the homes, the principle amounts could have been rewritten. Additionally, those who recently paid off loans could have their loan reviewed and if market prices were absurdly out of wack, they could have gotten some return in excess payments. You know, bail out America, not some oligarchs' piggy banks. And get this: hustle buzzword gentrification (always reminds me of some shitheads wearing 18th century powdered wigs and monocles etc.) nincompoop bullshit fuck fest idiocy moronic do a bunch more lending to become insolvent again nonsense. This time the Fed Reserve literally bought a bunch of corporate debt from Walmart's to Verizon to various airlines... even Berkshire Hathaway got some love from daddy make it rain for robberbarons Powell.
