  1. "social media" people talking to each other is the problem... yep. Need to be more articulate on what you mean. Is social media make people turn into tribes? Not think things through before popping off at the mouth? People communicating with each other is usually a good thing, it's what ended the monopoly of the Catholic and Eastern Orthodox churches and their sanctioned warlord monarchies, promoted the advancement of technology and removing ignorance. I don't necessarily think social media itself, there has always been a social media prior was mass media via newspapers and tv and radio, then pamphlets, etc. What we have is an economic system not advancing to the advancement of our technology. Income disparity has always caused rioting and civil unrest as well as civil war and even motives to keep the masses entertained with a scapegoat by war against other nations. We're in that era that critical modifications to our economic systems is necessary. I for one hope its all peaceful. But it will change at some point long term for the better, short and mid term can get ugly, particularly if it isn't peaceful change; if its allowed to just collapse under its own weight.
