  2. REITs should be prohibited. Company purchase of stock (unless its involved in a merger) should be prohibited. You want less float, stock reversals are available, and they do the same no value thing, just not sticking cash in your pockets at the expense of growing the company and not hollowing it out into a zombie company that does nothing but shovel papers of contracts around like a hot potato for cash before everyone realize it produces nothing and is thus worthless.
