No it's not... it's public news on every station. This is sensationalism... but sure if you consider all the copyright material used to spice up his videos... Fair use means you're critique the subject used... he's not... the topic is something else. SO... But all youtubers are doing that right now. At some point, when the economy poops itself as its doing, and youtube and goog gets fragile... lots of court cases.... youtube poops itself... and immediately de-monetizes all videos using clip video art. That would be the only reason his channels would either vanish or just get de-monetized.
