  1. Go out into the woods, to grandmothers house we go. No seriously, go to the boonies, a forest far from the lights or desert far from cities... Then allow about 30 minutes for your eyes to adapt to the dark, and look up. This is what you'll see.

  2. Moderation in all things. But pride isn't a vice. Too much pride though can lead to hubris, arrogance which can lead to stupidity and one's downfall... or many peoples' downfall as with many vain people through history, many who became tyrannical dictators.
