  2. I think some of the ass hats that promoted his scam on youtube should probably be forced to disgorge their payments from the scam. They were somewhat culpable in the propounding this scam onto the most vulnerable, the poorest of the poor. I mean there needs to be all around culpability in this hairbrain idiocy of "investment" garbage. Silly ass disclaimers or we're just looking for any sponsors to stay afloat can't be used. If I used this argument in case where I aided and abetted other criminal activities of other persons/entities, it would be laughed at among the jurors and judge alike. "Your honor, I needed their sponsorship to keep doing goofy crap on youtube because I wanted an easy street life style, so I perpetuated an overt fraud and conspiracy to murder Mr. Gonna Kill. I don't condoning killing because if you watch my youtube crap, I hold a disclaimer that we're not responsible for the loss of Mr. Gonna Kill's life, and that what we're pushing may involve you in financial losses and maybe criminal misconduct too, and I'm keeping some of the money they stole from Mr. Gonna Kill and the banks he owned or bank accounts he owned, and paid to me in helping them even though I had no idea they were going to really kill Mr. Gonna Kill nor that the money was stolen from Mr Gonna Kill."
