  2. Only place that flag should be are in museums and other areas where perhaps during re-enactments or other areas of historical locations of that era. But in any modern and/or functioning public place like courthouses or capitol buildings, any Federal buildings or military place or public corporations like the US Post Office, etc. It's a traitors flag and should be banned. It's also now a symbol of slavery in this country. And should really be considered as evil a symbol as the NAZI's crooked X and/or their flag.
