  13. It's not that police sits on the streets unable to take drones out of the sky to stop some nefarious activity. In reality people report some arbitrary sighting and by the time the report can be acted on, the "drone" is long gone. Legislation won't help.

  22. AIRPLANES. If an airplane is in your direct line of sight, at night it can look like it is hovering for several minutes and then suddenly seems to change course. That is simply physics and optics. There is no drone, nor danger. Just airplanes.
