  1. You got this all backwards. It is not lockdown to benefit the tech industry. It is lockdown to protect people, and technology to allow our lives to continue both socially and economically. We should all be glad that we have the technology today that will help save millions of lives around the world. A luxury our ancestors back in 1918 and in the middle ages did not have (due to the Spanish flu 50-100M people died world wide, that was 5-10% of the world population, in some places 20% and more died, within a few weeks of the first case).
