Sure. But he does have a point. Now it's just a pile of rubble, unliveable. Just a temporary relocation until the place is rebuilt with all modern amenities, minus the tunnels of course. When's it's finished the displaced can move back and resettle anywhere they like. We'll, except maybe that narrow strip of beach front land, which could be redeveloped into high end vacation resorts and beach front properties for the rich and famous. This will help to pay for all the development cost and also generate employment opportunities for the locals as well as revenue and taxes needed by whoever who's going to run the strip. Sounds like a win win. Just need to sell this idea to those who are affected.
