Transporting millions of their people daily. I have the privilege of riding on them on several occasions since 2015. Piece of engineering marvel.

  5. ​ @majorgear1021  As someone who has taken a number of rides on their hsr, I can vouch without any hesitation that it's an amazing piece engineering marvel. Quite, smooth, super fast, equipped with wifi and spotlessly clean. Their rail network has transported millions of people since 2008. You should try it some day if you have the chance to visit China.

  14. Are you aware that China is leading the world in renewable energy production. Their total production capacity of 1160 gigawatts exceeds that of the rest of world's combined total. As the workshop for the world, their energy demand naturally is much higher than the rest. It will take time to replace coal and fossil fuel. But they are not sitting still. Just look at their all out effort to gradually replace ice cars with evs.
